Russian Library in America (RLA) is a unique collection of Russia and CIS-related materials with the emphasis on regional reference publications. There are 89 subjects in the Russian Federation, and the RLA aims to represent them all.
The scope of the RLA collection is as follows:
regional legislation, local area studies, maps, atlases, guides, sightseeing, local statistics, phone and other reference books, historical and cultural heritage, local media publications (online versions), other publications from RF regions.
