Digital electronic signature Act (Dec. 2001) was adopted by Russian Parliament. This Act was developed by FAPSI, MinComInf, State Standard Authority and Federal Commission on Securities. Open and cryptographic keys will be free of charge provided by FAPSI.

There are under development two more Acts :

Average ratio of Internet version auditorium to auditorium of traditional version of the same publication varies from 4% to 25 %. Brand name is pretty important for Internet mass media newcomers.
