Abstract. Tver Guberniya News Database is a bibliography of Tverskiye gubernskiye vedomosti newspaper contents. The newspaper reported on history, everyday life, industries and agriculture of Tver region in the period from 1839 through 1918. The information is arranged in chronological order on 4 CDs covering the periods:1839 – 1862; 1863–1873; 1974–1887; and 1888–1918. The bibliography is supplemented with the full texts of the most significant publications of different periods, photogallery of public figures. The recent photos of public buildings of the 19th century are also included, as well as publications from "Tverskiye vedomosti" newspaper resumed since 1990.
