Abstract. The Database includes the following sections: "Basic documents in Russian law" (more than 4,000 most important juridical statements of Russian federal government bodies in all branches of Russian legislation). "Juridical and business practice" (about 150 patterns of juridical and business documents with specialists commentary concerning its juridically competent preparation; search of relevant pattern is aided by a reference section containing commentary for such subject). "Lawyer consulting" (more than 200 typical questions with lawyers answers). "Juridical glossary" (definitions of more than 4,000 terms and expressions used in juridical science and legislative practice). Intended for managers of State and private enterprises.
