Abstract. This electronic guidebook of legal information includes: (1) the major enactments on accounting, i.e., over 500 documents on accounting (the accounting policy of enterprises, charts of accounts, plant records, total assets, payments, production costs, inputs, inventory checks; reports and primary accounting documents); (2) accountant’s guidebook (changes in the norms, limits, rates, and other indices for the last years; references to the respective enactments); (3) exchange-rate guidebook (data on exchange rates from 1991 up to the present day established by Tsentrobank (The Central Bank) of the Russian Federation.
