Abstract. This is a collection of enactments on the legal status and activity of the centers of culture and art that deal with the preservation, creation, and dissemination of cultural values. The collection focuses on the creation and use of the objects of intellectual value, copyright-protected objects particularly. Specific types of activity are described, like those of libraries, archives, museums, publishing houses, and theaters. The collection covers the protection, restoration, and use of historical and cultural monuments. It includes documents on various aspects of in-house practices of cultural centers and their cooperation, taxation, accounting, office management, labor protection, safety, personnel management, etc. The readership includes governmental bodies supervising the centers of culture; libraries, museums, and archives; as well as researchers and teachers.
