Abstract. This special-purpose reference system includes enactments and technical manuals that are requested by the staff of the fuel and energy complex and related fields. The system includes the basics of the legal regulations of the Russia’s fuel and energy complex; norms and standards of the gas industry (GOSTs, SNIPs, etc.); enactments and rules for certifying and licensing gas stations and their fuel filling (GOSTs and RD on oil and oil products, machinery, and putting sites in order.)
