Abstract. As a guide to electronic legal information the collection includes a great many samples of legal (business) documents and a subject index with juristic commentaries, thus allowing a reader to easily orient in the world of law. It offers unbiased opportunities for the work with legal information, fast retrieval by any word or phrase, and, by means of hypertext links, allows for direct access to the texts of legal acts of Russia, which are referenced in the juristic commentaries. It allows a user to create personal legal and business documents, thus assisting the administration of enterprises, qualified personnel, and general public in resolving legal matters and writing legal and business documents.
