Abstract. This is a collection of electronic information on law enforcement practices used by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, arbitration courts, general jurisdiction courts, and certain governmental and managerial bodies. The collection includes the following sections: (1) jurisprudence of the higher courts of the Russian Federation; (2) law practice; (3) jurisprudence of the federal arbitration courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation; (4) subject-oriented collections “Ajudgement Practice”; (5) reference information on the Constitutional Court, arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction, prosecutor’s office, notary office, and advocacy. The readership of this collection includes lawyers, teachers and students of legal schools, staff members of courts and law institutions, and a wide circle of fellow citizens keen on law issues.
