Abstract. The Database includes the following sections: "Normative acts – in force and archived" (texts of legislative acts of Russian federal government bodies, documents related to arbitration practice, complete collection of accounting documents patterns indispensable for correct book-keeping, working out any account, taxation or statistical report, and also for legal taxes minimization). "Tax calendar for 1997" (calendar for account of principal kinds of taxes and payments, submission of tax report; includes a reference section on taxation with such tax description, procedure of its calculation and terms of payment). "Reference book for accountant" (all the norms used in accounting are presented in chronological order with reference to normative acts). "Auditor consulting" (answers to actual questions on accountant activity prepared by auditors, lawyers and representatives of official bodies). "Rate of exchange reference book" (rate of exchange established by Central Bank of the Russian Federation from 1991 to present).
