Cyril and Methodius' Culinary Encyclopaedia 2002, discs 1–8

Abstract. The Encyclopaedia includes the recipes from the most simple to the most delicious, exotic and old ones, tips on dishes finishing, advice on receptions, and information on kitchen appliances manufactured by leading world companies. Subject divisions include the following chapters: national cuisine (Russian, Caucasian, Greek, Thai, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Asian, European, Ukrainian, Moldavian, Belorussian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian); cooking for children; medical diets; recipes for microwave; recipes for Zepter cookware; lessons of culinary arts; wines and drinks; cook's tips; preserves; technology in the kitchen; quizes. The Encyclopaedia contains over 2,000 recipes, 5,500 entries and about 1,600 illustrations, Russian folk songs and toasts, the "Culinary Terms Dictionary" with a sound-track, and the "Ingredients" special division. Beginners are offered 130 video-recipes on a separate disc. "Cyril and Methodius' Culinary Encyclopaedia 2002" is provided with advanced search engine including search by alphabet and subject indexes, by keyword in reference divisions, by types of courses, cuisine, by ingredients, by illustrated and not illustrated recipes, cooking time, by multi-media.
