XX Century. Who is Who in Russian Culture and Policy Abstract. The CD-ROM is an electronic version of three unique fundamental encyclopedia 1. Political Parties of Russia (Late XIX – the first third of XX centuries). Encyclopedia. ISBN 5-86004-037-7 The encyclopedia presents the heterogeneous political structure of pre-soviet Russia, including its national regions, as well as the activities of parties and their leaders during the first decades of Soviet history. The chronology covers the period from the parties rise till ceasing of their activities in Soviet Russia. The publication is based upon archival investigations.
