International Library, Information, and Analytical Center (ILIAC) is pleased to announce the availability of a new information service, designed for the needs of law, business and academic researches.

ILIAC is a non-profit U. S. corporation representing interests and services of libraries, information centers, business companies, scholar and academic institutions of Russia and FSU countries in the United States. ILIAC's goal is to provide users in the United States with value-added scientific, technological, legal, business, cultural and other types of information for professional researchers. Among more than 100 ILIAC's partners are well-known Russian libraries, analytical centers, information centers, universities, newspapers, private companies, law firms of Russia and other countries of the former USSR.

The proposed service includes the creation of analytical reports on requested subjects in various fields related to the problems of Russian law: presidential power, legislation, governmental decisions, local legislation, etc. The reports are based on the analysis of relevant Russian periodicals and electronic publications.

The reports are compiled in English and forwarded to the customer on a regular basis. Frequency of reports depends on the needs of any particular customer. ILIAC offers several options for document delivery: via regular or express mail, fax, e-mail, or separate files, which can be downloaded by customer from the Web-server at ILIAC's Main Office in Washington, DC.
