Let us remind you that the Crimea 2008 conference and exhibition are coming very soon.

Here is some important information for the exhibitors:

Standard booth (2 m) has panels on three sides (front consists of two panels 1 m x 2.4 m, sides are 1 m x 2.4 m panels each), has a frieze panel with the company name on it as well as a desk in front of the booth, two chairs and a power socket (European standard).

Extended booth (4 m) has panels on three sides (front consists of four panels 1 m x 2.4 m, sides are 1 m x 2.4 m panels each), has a frieze panel with the company name on it as well as two desks in front of the booth, four chairs and a power socket (European standard).

To have your company name put on the frieze, please send the exact booth name (case sensitive) to goncharov@gpntb.ru with “Crimea 2008 Exhibition” in the Subject field no later than May 10, 2008.

Additional equipment for exhibitors is available by preliminary order only, to be paid off on site by cash in local currency (grivnas).

Display platform 1m х 1m х 0,5m, approximate cost is 90 grivans. The space inside could be used for storage. There are no doors or locks.

Svelves 2,4m х 1m х 0,5m, approximate cost is 180 grivnas. The lowest shelf is at 50 cm from the floow, the rest are 40 cm apart.

Additional lighting of the booth: 20 grivnas for the shelves.

Mesh shelves (3 book shelves ) – 100 grivnas.

Glass shelves - 0,5m х 0,5m х 2,4m, 3-4 shelves, approximate cost is 180 grivnas. Glass display platforms 0,5m х 1m х 1m, approximate cost is 120 grivnas – please see photo.

Costs are given for the whole rent period (exhibition duration).

You also can rent computer equipment ad Internet connection. Please enquire with your regional coordinators.

Mounting of booths ##9-45: June 8 starting at 17.00, June 9 starting at 9.00.

Mounting of booths ## 1-8: June 8 starting at 22:00, June 9 starting at 9.00.

Exhibition opening: June 9 after the Plenary session (approximately, at 13.00 – 14.00)

Dismounting of exhibition:

June 13: 12.00-20.00

Please note that mounting of the next exhibition will start at 9.00 on June 14. Therefore, all dismounting of the Crimea 2008 exhibition booths should have been finished by that time.

You only can use transparent scotch tape for affixing materials to the booth.
